back to us. Because of the size of the files, and depending
on your modem connection, it may take a minute or more for

procedure; we strongly suggest you to take advantage of our
fast and convenient “On
Line Application Forms” (pdf).
We have
divided this process into two convenient steps.
Step
One: In order for us to match you with one of our exciting
nursing positions. Complete the “On
Line Application Form” (pdf) and return to us. This
enables us to present your profile to our clients.
Step
Two: You may then complete the appropriate Skills
Checklist Forms (pdf) for your specialty or specialties.
The skills checklist is an important step in the application
process and is required by the hospitals, nursing homes, and
other agencies to evaluate the candidature. Prospective candidates
are required to complete the online form and submit electronically
which will be saved in our database.
Please
do not forget to include copies of your licenses and certifications.

Step Three:
Once we receive your Application and Skills Checklist(s) your
file will be assigned to one of our competent team members
who will work with you to find the position that's right for
you!
