MWHCR has elaborate and comprehensive pre-employment screening procedures, including background checks, immunology, heath and drug screening, education and credential verification and perform competency tests to be in compliant with the State and Federal nursing requirements. We ultimately ensure and provide quality, dedicated professional nurses to health care organizations. Nurses assigned by MWHCR, have on an average, more than 5 years of experience.

Resource arrangements can be made from short terms (Two Weeks) to long term (Fifty-Two Weeks). Employers have the privilege to relieve the staff with as little as one week notice or depending on the need the resources could be extended to an unlimited period upon mutual agreement.
MWHCR ensures that all nurses are licensed in your state and are covered with professional liability and worker's compensation insurance at no extra cost to you.

Employee Compensation:

MWHCR compensates employees in accordance with federal and state labor regulations for all hours worked including: payment of wages, income tax withholdings, workers' compensation, unemployment compensation and Social Security.

Insurance:

MWHCR provides worker’s compensation coverage and general and professional liability insurance, $1 million limit per occurrence $3 million general aggregate.

MWHCR contracts are flexible to fit your organization's culture. Our rates are competitive with the industry and can be suitably tailored to accommodate your budget.

MWHCR provides you with personalized attention at all times and an Account Manager or Nurse Associate is available 24 hours a day ready to deal promptly with any issue that might arise during the contractual period.
