Resource
arrangements can be made from short terms (Two Weeks) to long
term (Fifty-Two Weeks). Employers have the privilege to relieve
the staff with as little as one week notice or depending on
the need the resources could be extended to an unlimited period
upon mutual agreement.
MWHCR ensures that all nurses are licensed
in your state and are covered with professional liability
and worker's compensation insurance at no extra cost to you.
Employee
Compensation:
MWHCR
compensates employees in accordance with federal and state
labor regulations for all hours worked including: payment
of wages, income tax withholdings, workers' compensation,
unemployment compensation and Social Security.
Insurance:
MWHCR
provides worker’s compensation coverage and general
and professional liability insurance, $1 million limit per
occurrence $3 million general aggregate.
