Employees after
being provided with their personal login and password information
shall see their personal information submitted to Midwest
Healthcare Resources after being hired in the member’s
page. This information is secure since our site uses a secure
certificate through which Midwest Healthcare Resources guarantees
that your personal information such as Name, Address, Social
Security number, Driver’s License number, Bank information
(for direct deposit) and other sensitive materials shall not
be sold to a third party by any chance. However this information
collected from you shall be used for the sole records of Midwest
Healthcare Resources and to provide background information
to the hospitals where the employee shall be working at.
In addition, we gather information about you that is automatically
collected by our Web server, such as your IP address and domain
name. Midwest Healthcare Resources will use this information
to personalize its offerings and presentations to you, facilitate
